Lotus is a gated GL Homes community of 804 single-family homes on Lyons Road between Clint Moore Road and Atlantic Avenue in west Boca Raton, opened around 2018 and now sold out. Its homeowners' association was incorporated in 2017 and is managed by GRS Community Management. Dues cover a 24-hour staffed gatehouse, home alarm monitoring, lawn care, a social director and the clubhouse. GL's later Lotus Palm and Lotus Edge neighborhoods have their own associations.
