Valencia Isles is a guard-gated 55+ community of 793 one-story single-family homes on Jog Road just south of Woolbright Road in west Boynton Beach. GL Homes built it from 1999 to about 2004. Its clubhouse of more than 25,000 square feet has a ballroom, card rooms and a fitness center, and the grounds include pools, seven tennis courts and fishing lakes.
