Cypress Landing is a gated lakefront community of large custom homes off County Road 561 in south Clermont, on Lake Minnehaha in the Clermont Chain of Lakes. Many lots have private boat docks, and conservation land surrounds parts of the community. The gate is unmanned, and annual dues cover the private road.
