Greater Groves is a community of nearly 500 single-family homes in the Four Corners area of Clermont near U.S. 27 and I-4, less than 10 miles from the Disney parks, so many homes with screened pools are vacation rentals. Its homeowners' association was incorporated in 1993. Residents have a clubhouse and pool, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, a park and a playground.
