Calabay Parc is a deed-restricted community of about 300 single-family homes off U.S. 27 between I-4 and U.S. 192 in the Four Corners area of Davenport, built from 2001 to 2005, many with screened pools. Its homeowners' association was incorporated in 2000, and dues cover lawn care. Short-term vacation rentals are allowed, so many homes are rented to visitors near Walt Disney World.
