Long Lake Ranches is a guard-gated equestrian community of 240 custom estate homes on half-acre to 1.4-acre lots in west Davie, built by GL Homes in the early 2000s along Nob Hill Road north of Griffin Road, next to Tree Tops Park. Its homeowners' association was incorporated in 2001. The clubhouse area has a pool, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, and the community is bordered by equestrian and jogging trails. Neighboring Long Lake Estates and Long Lake Ranches West are separately gated.
