Victoria Gardens, now marketed by Kolter as Cresswind at Victoria Gardens, is a gated 55+ community of about 1,070 single-family homes inside the Victoria Park development in DeLand, with more than 400 acres of conservation land woven through it. Its homeowners' association was incorporated in 2000. The 20,000-square-foot clubhouse has a resort pool with cabanas, a fitness center, ballroom, café, card and billiards rooms, an art studio and a library, with four Har-Tru tennis courts, four pickleball courts, bocce, a putting green and trails. Dues include cable, internet and lawn care, and the Ron Garl-designed Victoria Hills golf course is nearby.
