Floral Lakes is a gated 55-plus community of 589 attached villas and townhouses off Jog Road in west Delray Beach, built by Regency Homes from about 1997 to 2001. Homes have two or three bedrooms, about 1,400 to 1,570 square feet, some on the lakes. The renovated clubhouse has two pools, a fitness center, saunas, a theater, billiards and a library, with Har-Tru tennis, pickleball and bocce and an on-site social director. Dues cover cable, internet, alarm monitoring, exterior painting and landscaping.
