Its homeowners' association was incorporated in 2021. The 12,000-square-foot clubhouse has a fitness center, yoga studio, card and game rooms and a catering kitchen, with a resort pool, splash park, four tennis and six pickleball courts, bocce, an indoor basketball court, a playground and a gas fire pit.
