Rookery Pointe is a gated community of about 250 single-family homes in Estero, west of I-75 and south of Estero Parkway near Three Oaks Parkway, with lake and preserve views. Its homeowners' association was incorporated in 2001. The 4,500-square-foot clubhouse has a fitness center and media room, next to a resort pool with lap lanes, two Har-Tru tennis courts, pickleball, a basketball court, an in-line skating rink and a playground, with a full-time activities director.
