Hampton Park is a gated WCI Communities neighborhood of single-family homes around lakes inside Gateway in southeast Fort Myers, near I-75 and Southwest Florida International Airport. HOA directories list 576 units. Its master association was incorporated in 2005, and homes are also in the Gateway Services community development district. Residents have a sports and social club with a fitness center and billiards, a resort-style pool and a pavilion, plus Gateway's parks and trails.
