The Cascades of Groveland, better known as Trilogy Orlando, is a gated 55+ community of about 1,500 single-family homes in Groveland, about 30 miles west of Orlando. Levitt & Sons started it in 2005 and built 238 homes; Shea Homes took over in 2010 and finished it by 2022. Its homeowners' association was incorporated in 2005. The 57,000-square-foot Magnolia House clubhouse holds a restaurant and bar, fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, a ballroom and studios, with tennis, pickleball, bocce, trails and a putting green outside.
