Alys Beach is a 158-acre New Urbanist town on Scenic Highway 30A between Seacrest and Rosemary Beach, master-planned by Duany Plater-Zyberk & Company and built since 2004, when its neighborhood association was incorporated. Its all-white homes draw on Bermuda and Mediterranean courtyard architecture and are built to the IBHS Fortified standard. Owners share a private 1,500-foot stretch of beach with a Gulf-front Beach Club pool, the Caliza pool and restaurant, and the ZUMA wellness center with fitness classes, a spa and racquet sports.
