Watersound Origins is a 1,400-acre St. Joe community about three miles north of Scenic Highway 30A, still being built out in phases, including the separately gated NatureWalk neighborhood. Its community association was incorporated in 2006. The Village Commons has a resort-style pool, fitness center, playground, event lawn and café, and residents also have tennis, pickleball, basketball and volleyball courts, the five-mile Watersound Trail and the Davis Love III-designed Origins Golf Club.
