Villages of Pablo is an established community of 642 single-family homes on San Pablo Road, west of the Intracoastal Waterway, built from 1984 to 1997 and mostly three-bedroom homes averaging about 1,800 square feet. Its homeowners' association was incorporated in 1985, and there is no community development district. Residents have two pools, one with lap lanes, lighted tennis courts, a basketball court and a gazebo on the pond.
