Heathrow is a gated master-planned community of about 1,900 homes in some 30 neighborhoods on roughly 1,800 acres in Lake Mary, started in 1985 by Jeno Paulucci. It mixes custom estates, single-family homes, villas and condos, and most neighborhoods have their own association on top of the master association, which was incorporated in 1984 and maintains Heathrow Boulevard and Sawyer Lake Park. Heathrow Country Club, with a Ron Garl-designed golf course, tennis, pool and dining, is a separate optional membership.

-
Search the county records. Search by the association's legal name, or the developer's or subdivision's name. Collect every amendment, not just the original declaration.
