Isola Bella is a gated community of Mediterranean-style single-family homes in west Lake Worth, built by Ansca Homes from about 2004 around lakes and a central nature preserve. Its homeowners' association was incorporated in 2003 and is managed by GRS Community Management. The lakefront clubhouse has a fitness center, party room and children's activity room, with pools and spas, tennis and basketball courts and a playground. The neighboring Isola Bella Estates has its own association.
