Rivermill is a gated community of 377 homes north of Hypoluxo Road in unincorporated Lake Worth, built mainly from 2000 to 2003 by Fox & Jacobs. It has two sections: Country Glen townhomes, which have their own association, and Country Estates single-family homes. The master homeowners' association was incorporated in 1999. The lakeside clubhouse has a fitness center and banquet room next to an Olympic-size heated pool, with a pavilion, three playgrounds, basketball and volleyball courts and a multipurpose field.
