Bexley is a 1,834-acre Newland community on State Road 54 in Land O' Lakes, planned for more than 1,900 homes, with about 1,200 acres kept as open space and parks. Its homeowners' association was incorporated in 2016. The lakefront Bexley Club has a café, two pools, a fitness center, an open-air game room and a bike shop, and a 10-mile trail network ties into the Suncoast Trail. The 55+ Del Webb Bexley section has its own association.
