Concord Station is a master-planned community off State Road 54 in Land O' Lakes, between the Suncoast Parkway and U.S. 41, with homes from about 1,200 to 4,500 square feet, many with private pools. Its community association was incorporated in 2004. Charles Rushe Middle, Sunlake High and Imagine Charter schools sit inside the community, and residents share a 5,000-square-foot clubhouse with a fitness center and billiards room, a pool, splash pad, tennis and basketball courts and playgrounds.
