Key Colony is a guard-gated oceanfront complex on Crandon Boulevard in Key Biscayne, made up of several condominium buildings with their own associations, including Oceansound and Emeraldbay, under the Key Colony Homeowners' Association. Buildings date from about 1979. Residents have direct beach access, pools, tennis courts and a playground.
