It has been under construction since 2015 and is planned for about 2,700 single-family homes and townhomes, all with rooftop solar. Owners pay HOA dues, which include cable and internet, plus a CDD assessment. The community has two amenity centers with pools, a fitness center, a restaurant and six parks. The main community is not gated, but its Innovation section across Dowden Road is.
