Turtle Creek is a guard-gated community of about 280 homes in the Dr. Phillips area of Orlando, in three sections: Boca Pointe, Water's Edge and Avalon. Its homeowners' association was incorporated in 1996 and is managed by Premier Association Management in Lake Mary. Residents have tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts and a playground, and the Avalon section has its own pool and clubhouse.
