Ormond Lakes is a tree-lined Ormond Beach neighborhood of concrete block single-family homes, many by the Johnson Group, built mostly from the late 1990s to the early 2000s next to Tomoka State Park, about a mile east of I-95. Residents share a clubhouse with a library, a pool, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, a fishing and kayak dock and walking paths.
