Tymber Creek is a gated, deed-restricted community of mostly single-story ranch homes on large wooded lots in Ormond Beach, backing onto conservation land. Its homeowners' association was incorporated in 1976. Residents have a clubhouse, pool, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, a park and a playground, and dues cover roads and security.
