Waterview Estates is a community of 235 townhomes around an L-shaped lake on Waterview Circle in Palm Springs, mostly built in the late 1970s and 1980s. Homes range from two to three bedrooms and up to about 1,500 square feet. Residents share a clubhouse, a pool and tennis, basketball and racquetball courts. Buyers need association approval and an interview, and boats, RVs and commercial vehicles aren't allowed.
