Copperstone is a gated community of single-family homes and townhomes in Parrish, northeast of Ellenton near the Shops at Silver Leaf. It was built from about 2007 to 2016 by builders including Ryland Homes and Lennar. Townhomes have their own association under the master. Amenities include a clubhouse, resort-style pool, fitness center, playground and preserve trails.
