Harrison Ranch is a non-gated master-planned community of about 1,150 single-family homes in Parrish, close to I-75 and I-275. Its HOA was incorporated in 2005. Owners pay a community development district (CDD) assessment as well as HOA dues. The 6,500-square-foot community center has a fitness center, game and media rooms, and a full-time lifestyle director. Outside are a heated pool, lighted tennis courts, a recreation field and more than 5.5 miles of trails.
