Pembroke Shores is a guard-gated community of about 1,180 single-family homes and townhomes in western Pembroke Pines, built in the 1990s and early 2000s around a series of lakes. It has 24-hour manned security.

The declaration of covenants and its amendments are public records in Broward County's official records. Board rules usually aren't recorded, so you get those from the association or the seller.
