Fountainspring is a community of about 630 single-family homes in west Plantation, built in four phases from 1989 to 1995 around seven lakes, plus the Optima Village condos and townhomes on NW 14th Street. Its master homeowners' association was incorporated in 1988, and each phase has its own association. It is a few minutes from Sawgrass Mills.
