Coastal Oaks is a guard-gated Toll Brothers neighborhood of about 870 single-family homes inside Nocatee, built from 2007 to 2022. Its entrance is attended 24 hours. The residents' clubhouse has a fitness center and two pools with a children's splash pool, plus tennis and basketball courts, soccer and softball fields, a nature boardwalk and trails. Owners also have access to Nocatee's master-plan amenities.
