Riverwood by Del Webb, also called Del Webb Ponte Vedra, is a gated 55+ community of 1,988 single-family homes, attached homes and condos in Nocatee, built from 2007 to 2022. Its community association was incorporated in 2006. The Anastasia Club, nearly 40,000 square feet, has indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, sauna and ballroom. Fifteen acres of outdoor amenities include six tennis courts, eight pickleball courts and six bocce courts, and residents can use Nocatee's trails and parks.
