Kings Gate is a gated 55+ golf community in Port Charlotte with an 18-hole executive course. No golf membership is required. It is planned for about 650 single-family and attached homes plus 270 golf villas. Its association was incorporated in 1997, and Neal Communities took over the remaining construction. HOA fees include cable, lawn care, irrigation and use of the clubhouse, Olympic-size pool, spa and restaurant.
