Harbour Point is a riverfront community of mostly two- and three-bedroom townhomes and duplexes off Riverside Drive on the Halifax River in Port Orange, built from the late 1970s. Its homeowners' association was incorporated in 1975. Residents share a riverfront clubhouse and pool, a community boat ramp and dock, and RV and boat storage.
