Madison Green is a golf community in Royal Palm Beach made up of about a dozen separately gated neighborhoods of single-family and estate homes, many by Minto and Shelby, around 22 lakes and next to a 700-acre wildlife preserve. Sources put it at between about 1,150 and 1,350 homes. Its master association was incorporated in 1999. The clubhouse has an Olympic-size heated pool and spa, a children's pool, fitness center, lighted tennis and basketball courts and a tot lot. The golf course, pro shop and grill are open without a required membership.
