PortoSol is a gated Minto community of 499 single-family homes on about 500 acres in Royal Palm Beach, half of it common lakes and open space. Its homeowners' association was incorporated in 2007. The clubhouse has indoor and outdoor event space, a fitness center and a children's playroom, next to a heated resort-style pool and spa, a waterworks splash park, cabanas, tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts, a playground and walking trails.
