WaterSound Beach Community Association

WaterSound Beach is a gated, low-density community on Scenic Highway 30A, entered through a staffed gatehouse. It spans about 1,400 acres along with WaterSound West Beach and has more than 1,000 homes, townhomes and condominiums. Its community association was incorporated in 2001. Owners share about a mile of private beach, boardwalks, pools including one over Camp Creek Lake, a fitness center and trails. The Watersound Club is a separate membership.

The declaration of covenants and its amendments are public records in Walton County's official records. Board rules usually aren't recorded, so you get those from the association or the seller.
