Sterling Hill is a gated Spring Hill community of single-family homes built in sections from about 2006 to 2022, including The Barrington at Sterling Hill. It has two clubhouses with pools (one Olympic-size), fitness centers, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, playgrounds, a splash pad, a dog park and walking paths. Weeki Wachee Springs State Park is about 15 minutes away, and dues are paid annually.
