Las Calinas is a gated Pulte Homes community of 425 single-family homes on U.S. 1 south of State Road 210, near Palencia in north St. Augustine. Its homeowners' association was incorporated in 2006, and there is no community development district. Residents have a clubhouse, a large pool, a playground, a basketball court and fishing ponds.
