Durbin Crossing is a 2,000-acre master-planned community in St. Johns with about 2,500 homes: roughly 1,550 single-family homes and 950 multifamily units. Its master association was incorporated in 2005, and a community development district (CDD) has run the common areas since 2003. It has two amenity centers with resort-style pools, a splash pool, a fitness center, tennis and basketball courts and athletic fields.
