RiverTown is a Mattamy Homes master-planned community of several neighborhoods on more than 4,000 acres along the St. Johns River. Its community association was incorporated in 2007. The riverfront RiverClub has an infinity-edge pool, cafe, amphitheater and a boardwalk with a kayak launch. The RiverHouse center has pools with a slide, a fitness center, tennis and basketball courts and a full-time activities director, and there are two dog parks and miles of trails.
