Bayway Isles Homeowners Club
St. Petersburg, FL · Single Family
Bayway Isles is a guard-gated, deed-restricted community of about 200 single-family homes on two islands that run south from the Pinellas Bayway into Boca Ciega Bay, between St. Petersburg and Tierra Verde. It was founded in the 1960s, and its homeowners' club was incorporated in 1964. Many waterfront homes have private docks and boat lifts, and architecture ranges from Mediterranean to modern under the club's architectural guidelines. The Point Brittany 55+ condominiums share the islands but have their own associations.
