It is split into six numbered condominium associations, from Point Brittany One, incorporated in 1968, to Point Brittany Six in 1974, and each has its own budget, reserves and fees. Residents share four heated pools, a clubhouse with a ballroom and library, a fitness center, tennis and shuffleboard courts, deep-water boat docks and a fishing pier.
