Circle Bay Yacht Club is a condominium community on the St. Lucie River at 1950 SW Palm City Road in Stuart, built from about 1979 to 1982. Its numbered buildings hold one- and two-bedroom units of roughly 900 to 1,280 square feet. The community marina leases slips for boats up to about 36 feet, with access to the Intracoastal and the Atlantic and no fixed bridges. Residents also share a heated pool, a hot tub, saunas, a clubhouse, a boardwalk and a workshop.
