SummerBrooke is a northeast Tallahassee community of about 800 home sites, established in 1989, made up of SummerBrooke and The Grove at SummerBrooke. The latter has its own association. The property owners' association maintains five lakes, walking trails and a park with a playground, and runs community events through its social committee.
