Gran Paradiso is a gated Lennar community of about 2,000 homes in the West Villages district of Wellen Park, with villas, coach homes and single-family homes in Tuscan-inspired designs. A few pockets were built by Lee Wetherington and Cannon. Its property owners' association was incorporated in 2005. The entrance is attended 24 hours. The clubhouse has a heated pool and spa, steam room, saunas, fitness center, tennis and bocce courts, and a full-time activities director.
