Castellina is a guard-gated DiVosta community of 260 one-story single-family homes on the north side of Stribling Road west of State Road 7, built from about 2011 to 2016. It is open to all ages. HOA dues include lawn care, and the clubhouse has a fitness center, pool and spa, tennis, bocce and pickleball courts, a fire pit and trails.
