Country Walk is a Meritage Homes community of about 890 single-family homes in central Wesley Chapel, started in 2006, with much of its land left as conservation wetlands and green space. Its homeowners' association was incorporated in 2004, and the community also has a community development district. The lakeside recreation center has a lagoon-style pool and lap pool, a fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, sports fields, a playground and a dog park. It is unrelated to the Country Walk in Miami-Dade County.
