Seven Oaks Property Owners' Association
Wesley Chapel, FL · Mixed
Seven Oaks is one of Wesley Chapel's largest and longest-established communities: about 3,500 single-family homes and townhomes in nearly 30 neighborhoods along State Road 56, built from 2002 to 2018. Its property owners' association was incorporated in 2001, the same year its community development district was set up, so owners pay both. The 17-acre Sports Club has a junior Olympic pool, resort pool, splash pad, fitness center, café, a 30-seat movie theater and five lighted clay tennis courts.
