Union Park is a 480-acre Metro Development Group community of about 1,800 single-family homes and townhomes in Wesley Chapel, built by D.R. Horton, Lennar and others. Its master homeowners' association was incorporated in 2013. Residents have two clubhouses, two pools including a lap pool, a splash pad, an indoor fitness center, outdoor fitness stations, about 10 miles of trails, picnic pavilions and a fire pit.
